## Description**Minimum Requirements:**To be considered for employment, you must meet the following criteria:* **Experience**: At least **two years** of **armed**security, law enforcement, or military service.* **Certification**: A valid **State of Ohio OPOTA 20-hour firearms training certificate**is required. + If you do not currently possess this certification, please refer to the attached document for instructions on how to obtain it. + Note: This training must be completed **at your own expense** prior to proceeding. + Must be 21 years of age + Must be citizen of the United States of America + Must complete (sign/date) a Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification annually**Important Information About Our Hiring Process:*** AEPS is **not a typical security company**.
