Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Custom Protection Officer to safeguard clients across Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government sectors. You will patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle, monitor for unusual conditions, and respond to incidents while providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities include alarms, emergency response, and enforcing site-specific policies.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required; licensing varies by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Provide customer service by carrying out safety procedures and site policies; assist with emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols; environments may vary by client site.
