Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Prosthodontist Dental Assistant to support implant procedures and provide world-class patient care. The role offers full-time hours, hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

You will sterilize instruments, prepare materials for impressions, take radiographs, and assist the Prosthodontist during complex procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a dental assisting role.
• Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.

Responsibilities

• Help Prosthodontist with advanced dental implant procedures and chair-side support.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; maintain infection control standards.
• Assist during procedures and anticipate dentist's needs; keep area organized.
• Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout visits.
• Take dental x-rays and assist with radiographic imaging.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene.
• Support inventory, lab coordination, and recordkeeping for prosthetic team.
• Perform office tasks like scheduling, reception, and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants.
