Empower Dental Group in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, is seeking an experienced Prosthodontist to join our growing practice on a full-time or part-time basis. The role offers advanced restorative, cosmetic, and implant cases within a modern, well-supported clinical environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of prosthodontics experience, complete a prosthodontic residency, and hold a CA license. This opportunity provides clinical autonomy, collaboration with a skilled team, and an internal referral

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited prosthodontic residency program
• Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience as a prosthodontist
• Active and unrestricted California dental license
• DEA registration, if required for the services provided
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Proficiency in complex restorative, implant, cosmetic, and full-arch dentistry
• Experience with digital dentistry and implant-restorative workflows
• Strong communication, treatment-planning, and case-presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex restorative, prosthetic, cosmetic, and implant-related conditions
• Perform advanced prosthodontic procedures, including full-mouth rehabilitation, implant-supported restorations, and full-arch prosthetics
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with general dentists and specialists
• Utilize digital workflows (intraoral scanning, CBCT, CAD/CAM, guided implant planning)
• Review and approve prosthetic designs, materials, and lab work
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection-control protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences focused on comfort and outcomes

We are seeking an experienced Prosthodontist to join our practice in Rancho Cucamonga, California, on a full-time or part-time basis. This position offers a strong internal referral network and the opportunity to provide advanced restorative, implant, cosmetic, and full-arch care in a modern, well-supported clinical environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of experience practicing as a prosthodontist and is confident managing complex restorative and implant cases from diagnosis through final delivery.

  • Implant-supported crowns and bridges
  • Implant-supported overdentures
  • Full-arch fixed implant restorations
  • All-on-X treatment planning and prosthetic rehabilitation
  • Complex crown and bridge treatment
  • Veneers and advanced cosmetic cases
  • Complete and partial dentures
  • Occlusal rehabilitation
  • Provisionalization and immediate-load restorations
  • Management of prosthetic complications, repairs, and adjustments
• Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with general dentists and dental specialists
• Utilize digital workflows, including intraoral scanning, CBCT imaging, CAD/CAM, and guided implant-restorative planning
• Review and approve prosthetic designs, materials, shades, occlusion, and laboratory work
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Follow all infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, education, and predictable outcomes
