Job summary

Drs. Kaihara, Watkins and Wang of Smiles International are seeking a full time experienced dental assistant in McLean, VA. You will travel between two offices, assist in prosthodontic cases and implant procedures, and support a team‑driven, patient‑focused practice.

We offer comprehensive benefits and a history of long‑term staff. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, be X‑ray certified, and hold or be eligible for the DC dental assistant license.

Qualifications

• Certified dental assistant with current credentials.
• Experience in prosthodontic or surgical settings is a plus.
• X-ray certification and DC license eligibility are required or attainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implant surgeries and restore implants.
• Fabricate custom temporary crowns and bridges.
• Understand the prosthodontic work flow; maintain clinic equipment and Sterilization protocols.
• Use digital scanner/ CBCT for treatment planning.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong communication.
