Otto Bock Patient Care, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) to join our Clinical team. The role focuses on prosthetic patient care with limited orthotics, onsite fabrication, and clinical autonomy to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The position offers strong prosthetic emphasis, no on-call requirements, and collaboration with a network of specialists to support advanced patient care across the Ottobock.Care system.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics preferred (heavy Prosthetics).
• ABC certification in good standing required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Orthotics/Prosthetics.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and databases.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level neuromobility orthotics and prosthetics for patient care.
• Design prosthetic/orthotic devices.
• Direct fabrication work and supervise technicians.
• Perform fittings with static and dynamic alignments.
• Evaluate and adjust devices for fit and efficacy.
• Instruct patients in device use and provide post-delivery service.
• Document patient charts and care records daily.
• Train Technicians, Residents, and Clinicians as needed.
• Develop referrals and client base with physicians and therapists.
• Market services through professional relationships.
