Responsabilités

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and production schedules across locations.
• Supervise, train, and support prosthetic/orthotic lab technicians; assign tasks.
• Establish and enforce fabrication procedures and quality-control standards.
• Ensure devices meet clinician specifications and safety requirements.
• Manage attendance, timekeeping, and scheduling of staff.
• Conduct interviews and assist with hiring new technicians.
• Monitor work orders, production status, and inventory needs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, safety, and lab cleanliness.
• Prepare production reports and communicate operational needs to management.

One Source Integrated O & P Solutions is seeking an experienced and organized Prosthetic/Orthotic Production Manager to oversee daily laboratory operations and lead our team of prosthetic and orthotic lab technicians. This role is responsible for training and supervising staff, managing production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the timely fabrication of high-quality prosthetic and orthotic devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support all prosthetic and orthotic lab technicians across multiple locations in multiple states.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations, assign tasks, and manage production schedules and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain standardized fabrication procedures and quality-control standards.
• Ensure devices meet quality, safety, and clinician specifications.
• Manage employee timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling.
• Conduct interviews and assist with hiring and onboarding new technicians.
• Monitor work orders, production status, inventory, and material purchasing needs.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, workplace safety, and laboratory cleanliness.
• Prepare production and maintenance reports and communicate operational needs to management.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in prosthetic and/or orthotic fabrication required.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, including leading and training employees, required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
• Familiarity with fabrication materials, tools, equipment, and production tracking systems preferred.
