Job summary

Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Prospect Research and Strategy Manager to lead data-driven fundraising strategy across Annual Campaign, Leadership Giving, Major Gifts, Meyer Foundation, and Capital Campaigns.

The role partners with campaigns, operations, and senior leadership to optimize portfolios, drive donor engagement, and implement KPI-driven reporting and continuous improvement, including exploring AI and predictive modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prospect research, management, or nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience supporting frontline fundraisers and generating actionable reports for gift officers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with staff and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM and fundraising databases.
• Passion for the Jewish community and Israel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic portfolio and moves management to optimize donor engagement.
• Prospecting, research, and data management for multiple campaigns.
• Performance management, reporting, and process improvement using KPIs.
• Collaborate across campaigns and with stakeholders to align fundraising strategy.
• Lead portfolio reviews and ensure alignment across campaigns.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
