The role of Prospect Management Consultant is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, mid-career professional who is eager to contribute to a collaborative and strategic team. This position will focus on the effective and coordinated deployment of Leadership and Major Giving prospects and processes. It plays a critical role in managing and maintaining the integrity of prospect data; supporting portfolio construction and health; coordinating movement between pipeline stages and capacity levels; preparing performance insights and trend analysis; and advising frontline fundraisers and colleagues on best practices in prospect management. This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for frontline fundraisers and leadership.
This position is part of the Prospect Management team and supports unified, donor-centric fundraising strategies through close partnership with fundraisers and campus partners. The role will concentrate on prospects with the capacity to give between $25,000 and $4,999,999, across both Leadership Giving and Major Giving levels. The Prospect Management Consultant will work alongside fellow Consultants and report to the Senior Associate Director of Prospect Management.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position based on campus, with an optional hybrid work schedule.
