Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible to waive into the Colorado Bar.
• Two years of criminal prosecution experience preferred with multiple jury trials as first chair.
• Strong research and writing skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Prosecute fraud cases on the Financial Fraud Unit’s multidisciplinary team.
• Review referrals, assist investigations, and make charging decisions.
• Lead teams on complex cases and coordinate with law enforcement and regulators.
• Present cases before the statewide grand jury.
