Yakima County's Prosecuting Attorneys Office invites applications for Criminal and Child Support Division attorney positions at levels I through IV. Successful candidates will work in a professional, fast-paced environment and may be assigned to General Felony, Special Assault, or Child Support cases.

Qualifications

• Openings for Criminal Attorneys at the I–IV levels in Criminal and Child Support divisions.
• Assignment is at the Prosecutor's discretion and may be in General Felony, Special Assault, or Child Support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment and contribute to the justice system.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in court and handle litigation tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with prosecutors and support staff to prepare cases.
• Participate in community and inter-departmental efforts as needed.

Prosecuting Attorney I/II/III/IV Criminal and Child Support Division

Pay Range as follows:

• Attorney I: $102,000 - $110,408 per year (Attorney Pay Plan, Step 1-7)
• Attorney II: $113,720 - $128,068 per year (Attorney Pay Plan, Step 1-7)
• Attorney III: $128,708 - $144,946 per year (Attorney Pay Plan, Step 1-7)
• Attorney IV: $146,758-$178,897 Per year (Attorney Pay Plan, Step 1-11)

The Yakima County Prosecuting Attorneys Office has immediate openings for Criminal Attorneys at the Attorney I, II, III, and IV levels. Candidates will work in a professional, collegial, and fast-paced environment. Assignment is at the discretion of the Prosecutor and placement may be in the General Felony, Special Assault division, or Child Support division.
