• Screen incoming felony cases using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Research and identify legal precedence; prepare cases for trial and file motions.
• Attend court and try cases to judges and juries; present opening/closing statements.
• Negotiate plea agreements and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
• Interact with victims, witnesses, and law enforcement to build a case.
