Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group in Colorado is seeking an Electronics/Software Test Engineer to own the assembly, instrumentation, and testing of propulsion hardware for launch vehicles. You will assemble, instrument, and test components, subsystems, and complete vehicles under guidance from subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• BS in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 3–10 years of experience testing rocket-powered launch vehicles.
• Proficiency with Python and LabVIEW for test software development.
• Experience performing test data analysis and writing reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen eligible for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own assembly, instrumentation, and testing of propulsion hardware.
• Integrate instrumentation: pressure, temperature, strain.
• Perform DAQ setup, calibration, and test execution.
• Write test plans, safety reviews, and reports.
• Support build of propulsion hardware and test articles.
• Assist design of fixtures, mounts, stands, and launchers.
