Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1+ year in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace.
• A&P license or ASE Master certification strongly desired; 5+ years mechanical experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of fluid, mechanical, electrical propulsion systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a neat work area and tools; manage valves, tubes, and manifolds for advanced subassemblies.
• Stage, build, test, install, and proof production subassemblies for Starship/Super-Heavy.
• Verify fluids and electrical connections using diagrams for propulsion systems.
• Perform testing with appropriate equipment and document results; troubleshoot non-conformances with engineering.
• Set-up and operate CNC rotary draw bending and tube cutting equipment with tight tolerances.
