Job summary

The role requires building strong supplier relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving schedule adherence while supporting continuous improvement in a unique manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years post-graduate experience demonstrating ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage supplier production, track work status, and drive corrective actions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Preferred: program management experience, NAVSEA exposure, construction/test/shipyard familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and technical oversight of supplier activities for the COLUMBIA Class Turbine Generator program.
• Oversee machining, assembly, and test operations; identify and mitigate schedule or technical risks.
• Coordinate with supplier engineering, operations, quality, and program personnel.
• Lead schedule reviews and support schedule acceleration; ensure adherence and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with supplier manufacturing, program, quality, and engineering to drive improvements.
