Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience; 9 years total if no degree.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, 3-D models, and specifications.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; experience leading personnel.
Willingness to work flexible/shifting schedules, including weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineering technicians to deliver quality products on time and on-cost.
Maintain a safe work environment and drive a culture of safety first.
Ensure facilities, tooling, planning, materials and personnel are available for workloads.
Execute day-to-day operations to meet daily production goals.
Lead continuous improvement and handle performance management and corrective actions.
