Trader Hire seeks experienced proprietary traders to trade equities and options with firm‑allocated capital through a fully remote setup. You will develop and refine personal trading strategies with coaching and structured risk management across stocks and options markets.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor based in Cheyenne, WY or nearby, with flexible hours and a path to larger capital and tiered profit splits.

• Two or more years of trading experience with a defined approach or edge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of options Greeks, FX fundamentals, or crypto market structure.
• Process‑oriented mindset with attention to journal keeping and post‑trade analysis.

Position Overview

We are hiring proprietary traders to trade equities and options using firm‑allocated capital. You will develop, test, and refine your personal trading strategies across stocks and options markets with structured risk management and professional coaching support in a fully remote environment.

Location: Cheyenne, WY

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

Position Details

• 1099 contractor relationship structured around your trading performance
• Keep 65% to 90% of profits, with splits improving as you move up the firm's tiers
• Begin with up to $50,000 in firm-allocated buying power, scaling to $500,000+
• Fully remote with complete schedule flexibility — no required hours or location
• Documented bi-monthly review process for capital and tier advancement
• Additional advancement incentives and bonuses discussed during the interview
