Job summary

NASK is seeking an experienced Proposal Writer to lead development of compliant proposals for the NOVASTAR program and corporate opportunities. This full-cycle role requires gathering information from experts and turning it into persuasive narrative, while driving proposal strategy with cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes on-site work with TS/SCI eligibility considerations and opportunities to improve proposal processes and tooling, including AI-assisted content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of proposal-writing experience for Federal contracts.
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, compliant proposal responses for Federal opportunities.
• Develop content for technical, management, staffing, and past performance volumes.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather information for narratives.
• Collaborate with capture managers and technical teams on win themes and messaging.
• Ensure compliance with solicitations and maintain consistent branding.
• Improve templates, content libraries, and proposal processes.
