Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled writer and project manager to join the Asset Management Sales Enablement team in Charlotte. You will craft high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs, and develop client-facing materials under tight deadlines.

You will work with BDOs, RMs, and experts across the firm to ensure accurate, persuasive content. You’ll manage multiple projects, maintain client specifications, and contribute to broader sales enablement initiatives while prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of business writing experience in sales support, proposal generation, marketing, communications, publishing or print media.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, customized responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing materials under tight deadlines.
• Create presentations, due diligence materials, and other ad hoc documents for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with BDOs, RMs, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate messaging.
