Nossaman is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to join our Business Development Department. This person plays an integral role in the Firm's business development efforts by developing competitive, high-quality RFP responses and proposals from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the proposal development process – from kickoff and work plan development to document production, editing and final review as well as interview presentation deliverables. The position is located in our Los Angeles office and reports to the Firm’s Proposal Production Supervisor.
The hourly range for the position of Proposal Specialist at Nossaman is approximately $30.76 to $38.46 an hour. The successful candidate’s annual compensation for this position is reasonably expected to be set between $60,000 and $75,000 per year. However, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
