DNV is seeking a Proposal Manager – Utility Programs in North America to coordinate proposal deliverables, draft content, coordinate SMEs, and deliver on-time responses compliant with RFPs and DNV standards. The role supports hybrid work across multiple U.S. locations.
The candidate will craft proposal content, manage schedules, and develop graphics for presentations, while providing marketing support and ensuring quality edits. 4+ years in proposals is preferred.

The Proposal Manager – Utility Programs for DNV Energy Services North America will collaborate with a team to manage proposal deliverables and timelines, write proposal sections, coordinate with subject‑matter experts, facilitate kickoff and review meetings, develop graphics and presentations, and deliver a finished proposal product on time and in compliance with RFP and DNV requirements.
Position can be located in Columbus, OH; Oak Brook, IL; Oakland, CA; Phoenix, AZ; and Medford, MA, offering a hybrid schedule with roughly three days per week on site or at a DNV office.
For California, Washington, New York, Washington, D.C., Illinois, and Maryland, compensation ranges from $90,000 to $115,000, adjusted for skill level, experience, and location.
