Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, English, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, or similar submissions preferred.
• Industry experience in architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, or related professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal schedules and submission deadlines for assigned pursuits.
• Organize kickoff meetings, prepare agendas, track action items, and develop schedules.
• Review solicitation requirements for compliance and assemble proposal documents.
