Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Property Technician in Hawaii to support the appearance, maintenance, and functionality of the property. The role involves general labor, basic repairs, and operating hand and power tools to keep vehicles, equipment, and facilities in top condition.

You will perform routine maintenance tasks across exterior spaces, assist with repairs, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and maintenance tasks to support the upkeep of the property, buildings, and surrounding grounds.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of exterior spaces, including power washing, sweeping, polishing, pressure cleaning, and debris removal.
• Assist with routine maintenance of gates, gutters, walls, ceilings, and other property features.
• Clean, detail, and maintain company vehicles, utility vehicles (UTVs), and equipment.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment as needed to complete assigned work.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance projects as directed.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions while working collaboratively with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance and operation of the property.
