The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and CPA or JD/CMI eligibility, with strong Excel and OneSource/PTMS experience, and a willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• Eligible to obtain CPA, Law License/JD or CMI.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills; experience with OneSource/PTMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage property tax filings in multiple states.
• File appeals, maintain appeal calendar, and attend hearings.
• Navigate Freeport Exemption filings where applicable.
• Negotiate with assessors on multi-state portfolios.
• Meet deadlines and maintain accurate records for tax bills.
