Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-state property tax experience.
• JD, CPA, or CMI preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex tax research.
• Clear writing and ability to articulate issues to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact property tax planning, modeling, and compliance initiatives across a large national portfolio.
• Coordinate relationships with external advisors and law firms nationwide.
• Serve as the in-house property tax subject matter expert across teams.

• Own key processes and projects end-to-end - setting direction, tracking progress, and delivering results

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of multi-state property tax experience
