You will drive system improvements, coach a high-performing group, and partner with business operations to align tax processes with company goals while delivering outstanding GreatAmerica Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum seven years in property tax experience.
• Experience with tax software and Excel power queries.
• Leasing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for property tax operations and leadership.
• Lead resolution of lessee and customer tax questions and coding.
• Develop and optimize property tax systems and processes.
• Coach and develop team members and track performance.
