Alterra's Mammoth Mountain resort in Mammoth Lakes, California is hiring a Property Supervisor to maintain guest accommodations and oversee housekeeping ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or directing housekeeping staff preferred.

• Ability to operate snow removal equipment and tools.

A little about this position:

• The Property Supervisor is primarily responsible for the maintenance, appearance, functionality, and overall condition of the property and rental units. This position serves as a working supervisor, overseeing daily housekeeping operations while ensuring all guest accommodations meet established cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.


• The Property Supervisor conducts unit inspections, identifies maintenance and housekeeping deficiencies, coordinates corrective action, and assists with cleaning, deep cleaning, and unit strip-outs as operational needs require. The position also responds to guest concerns, performs preventative maintenance, assists with snow removal operations, and serves as an on-call resource for after-hours guest and unit emergencies.


• The successful candidate must be comfortable balancing hands‑on maintenance responsibilities with team leadership, quality control, and operational support across multiple departments.

Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $27.04
