Job summary

Quail West in Naples, FL is seeking a Property Services Assistant for full-time hourly work. You’ll perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across the community’s infrastructure, including lighting, outlets, and signage, while coordinating with the Property Services Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid Florida driver’s license, and 2–4 years of electrical experience. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, benefits, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
• 2–4 years of commercial or residential electrical experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs.
• Maintain lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and electrical systems.
• Complete carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding, and paver repairs.
• Install and maintain community signage, fencing, mailboxes, and other infrastructure.
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and utility vehicles.
• Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance work.

• This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
• Pay rate: $30-$33/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:15 PM

What You’ll Do
