Job summary

A leading property data capture firm is seeking 1099 independent contractors for comprehensive property inspections. This role offers great earning potential and flexible scheduling, operating seven days a week. Inspectors are expected to perform impartial assessments and document findings using advanced technology. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle, be comfortable using ladders, and be able to travel for assignments. Advantageous experience includes roofing and property insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle capable of transporting a 32-ft ladder.
• Operational laptop and smartphone.
• Ability to travel for inspections during catastrophic events.
• HAAG Certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and impartial property inspections.
• Document inspections using proprietary software.
• Travel for inspections, especially after weather events.
