Job summary

Budget Suites of America is hiring a Full-time Courtesy Patrol Officer to safeguard the Budget Suites communities in the Las Vegas area. The role requires patrolling, reporting suspicious activity, and coordinating with the Property Manager.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior police or military experience preferred. Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour, with benefits including paid vacation, 9 paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in law enforcement or military preferred.
• Drug free at all times.

Responsibilities

• Patrol Budget Suites communities and report concerns to the Property Manager.
• Observe and report suspicious persons or activity to Property Manager and authorities if needed.
• Identify and report hazards and malfunctioning equipment to Property Manager.
• Record patrol times and presence of unauthorized personnel.
• Submit detailed written reports nightly.
• Maintain community cleanliness by picking up debris during patrols.
• Travel to different properties as required.
• Provide parking enforcement and monitor violations.
