The Boca Raton is seeking a Full-Time Property Operations Technician in Boca Raton, FL to maintain guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas. Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and related systems to keep the hotel in excellent condition.

Summary
The ideal candidate will maintain the guestrooms, public space and back of the house areas in good repair to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel. These assignments relate to a variety of trades that include but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering and masonry.
