Job summary

GPI Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Killeen, Texas, to support the Property Manager with daily operations. Responsibilities include managing rent collections, handling resident inquiries, and ensuring property efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of property management experience, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills, complemented by a positive team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager’s absence.
• Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers.
• Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion.
• Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process.
• Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units.
