Job summary

Apartment-Management-Consultants is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and steer property activities toward budgeted financial and operational goals in Dallas.

You will manage leasing objectives, hire staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with maintenance and vendors to deliver exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain positive relationships.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines.
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Supervise staff, schedule work, and delegate duties.
• Interview and hire property employees.
• Ensure policies are upheld and infractions are reported.
• Meet leasing objectives with effective sales techniques.
• Resolve resident requests with professional judgment.
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting.
• Design and maintain a resident retention program.
• Develop and implement marketing concepts for property staff.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and Fair housing regulations.
• Investigate and report incidents affecting residents or staff.
