EAH Housing is seeking an Office Assistant for Primero Grove, a 181-unit affordable student housing community in Davis, CA. The role supports the Property Manager and office staff to ensure fiscal, physical, and social soundness of the property.

Qualified candidates have affordable housing property management experience; LIHTC knowledge is preferred. Yardi and COS familiarity are a plus. Salary range listed and DOE, with comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Bi-lingual.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, make deposits, rent rolls, verify income.
• Comply with HUD, TCAC or other regulations.
• Answer phones and assist residents and guests as the first point of contact.
• Prepare correspondence and maintain office organization.
