JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee assigned properties and ensure compliant operations. You will market and lease units, monitor budgets, and address resident needs while supervising staff and ensuring timely inspections.
Role requires 2+ years in affordable housing, LIHTC or Section 8 familiarity, and strong Fair Housing knowledge. On-site work with regional travel and after-hours availability are expected.
Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

These professionals oversee day to day operations of their assigned properties. They market and lease apartments, drive cost effectiveness, oversee their assigned properties budgets, address and manage resident concerns, manage property staff and adhere to compliance regulations for affordable housing.
