Job summary

Public Storage in the United States is seeking motivated Property Managers to work at multiple locations, handling storage needs and sales duties both inside and outside. You will help customers choose units, manage inspections, and support payments.

Earn $16.00 per hour with full-time schedules (9:30am–6pm, weekends til 5pm), mileage reimbursement, and benefits once averaging 20+ hours. Bonuses are possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Transportation: must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.
• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls as required.
• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
