Job summary

Bader Management, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for Oakdale & Chateau Apartments in Minnesota. The role oversees maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and marketing while leading a cohesive team to maximize occupancy and profitability.

The position offers full-time hours, a standard Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, and a compensation range of $60,000–$69,000 per year. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Understand, manage and oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and retention, revenue, reputation and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a high-performing team across leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts and relationships in the property's marketplace through involvement in trade organizations and networking opportunities.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
• Ensure all personnel operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
• Pursue educational opportunities for personal growth and development.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Regional Asset Manager.

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30a-5:00p
• Additional hours may be needed based on the needs of the team/property

Compensation: $60-69k

Responsibilities:
