Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager for The Dawson in Arlington, TX. You will oversee all on-site operations, including maintenance, budgeting, lease administration, and marketing, while ensuring exceptional service to residents and prospects.
The role requires 3+ years in property/onsite management and a real estate license or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel and general office duties are involved.

Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring high-level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property.
Effective communication and customer service skills. Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills. General office, bookkeeping and sales skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Determine leasing opportunities of staff and work on goal setting, improving the performance of each staff member. Supervise day-to-day operations of team, ensuring that all C&W policies and procedures are followed. Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met. Be able to manage a team. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Real Estate License preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel.
