You will hire employees, enforce policies, drive leasing performance, and handle resident relations with discretion. A strong understanding of Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines is essential for compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property management experience
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
• Knowledge in Fair Housing

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within financial guidelines
• Perform daily inspections and coordinate with maintenance
• Supervise staff including scheduling, delegation and conflict resolution
• Interview and hire property employees
• Ensure policies and procedures are upheld and infractions reported
• Meet leasing objectives using effective sales techniques
• Address resident requests or concerns with discretion
• Handle administrative duties and required reporting
• Implement and maintain a resident retention program
• Design/maintain marketing and advertising concepts for staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing and safety guidelines
• Investigate and report incidents involving residents, staff, vendors, or others
