Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager for Chandler Pointe, a 200-unit HUD/Tax Credit community in Bellevue, NE. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, leasing, and maintenance to ensure quality service and occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of property management experience, leadership abilities, and strong budgeting and financial reporting skills. A two-year management background and a degree or related certifications are preferred.
