Job summary

Pedcor Homes is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This role is responsible for the overall success of the community, overseeing daily operations and driving occupancy and revenue.

You will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and expenses, ensure policy compliance, and create an outstanding resident and prospect experience. Minimum 3 years of property management experience and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations are required.
