Fogelman Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the Encore Apartments team in Belton, MO. The candidate will oversee operations, leasing, and performance of a 30+ unit Class A community, ensuring exceptional service and financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of multifamily management, 3+ years as PM, and strong skills in marketing, reporting, and customer relations. Entrata experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of on-site multifamily property management experience.
• Three years of experience as a property manager overseeing a 30+ unit, Class A conventional community.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and coordinate staff to meet property objectives.
• Develop and execute budgets, monitor financial statements, and prepare owner reports.
• Manage leasing strategies, marketing plans, and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Lead recruiting, training, and performance evaluations for on-site staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely service and turnover of units.
