Fairway Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our affordable housing communities in Columbia, SC. You will lead leasing, budgeting, compliance, and resident relations to ensure high occupancy and quality service.
This role requires knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing, strong supervision of staff, and the ability to coordinate inspections and certifications. Travel and on-call availability are expected as part of maintaining community standards.
Schedule: Full Time 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday

These professionals oversee day to day operations of their assigned properties. They market and lease apartments, drive cost effectiveness, oversee their assigned properties budgets, address and manage resident concerns, manage property staff and adhere to compliance regulations for affordable housing.
