Job summary

Foshee Residential is hiring a Property Manager to lead operations at one of our communities in Dallas, GA 30132. The role oversees financials, leasing, maintenance, and resident services to ensure high occupancy and strong property performance.

You will supervise onsite staff, manage budgeting and reporting, drive marketing strategies, and foster a collaborative team environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CAM/CPM certifications valued.

• 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision.

• Strong budgeting and property operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

About the Opportunity

What You’ll Do

Operations & Financial Performance

• Manage property financials, including budgeting and expense control
• Monitor performance and work toward occupancy and revenue goals
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and reporting
• Supervise onsite staff including leasing, maintenance, and office teams
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management
• Foster a collaborative and professional team environment

Leasing & Marketing

• Oversee marketing and leasing strategies
• Ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion
• Support efforts to maintain strong occupancy levels

Maintenance & Community Oversight

• Coordinate maintenance priorities with the Regional Manager and Director of Maintenance
• Ensure the community maintains strong curb appeal and operational standards
• Evaluate property needs and recommend improvements

Resident Experience

• Support resident engagement and retention initiatives
• Oversee community events and communication efforts
• Maintain a high standard of customer service

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of property management experience with staff supervision
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong experience with budgeting and property operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver’s License required
• CAM, CPM, or similar certification preferred
