Qualifications

  • Monitor property expenses and assist with maintaining the property within established budget requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and other company or property events as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Burlington Capital Properties is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Village Square Apartments in Broomfield, Colorado. The successful candidate will bring strong property management, leadership, leasing, marketing, organizational, and communication skills, along with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for residents.

This role is responsible for overseeing property operations, supporting and developing the on-site team, maintaining positive resident relationships, and helping the community achieve its operational and financial goals. A strong ability to prioritize, solve problems, and lead a team is essential.

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours | Some weekend and evening hours as needed
The Successful Property Manager Will:
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of five years of property management experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the property as needed to perform job duties.
  • Ability to walk throughout the community and conduct property inspections and apartment tours.
  • Ability to use stairs and navigate buildings and grounds as necessary.
  • Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and supplies necessary to perform job duties.
