Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and resident relations abilities.
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to property operations and team management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
