Qualifications

• Three years of increasing property management responsibility across multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of affordable and market-rate housing.
• Technology literacy and proficiency with operating software; Yardi preferred.
• LIHTC certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Foster inclusivity and TEAM culture across properties.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents.
• Optimize financial and operational performance to meet targets.
• Ensure properties are inspection-ready and compliant.
• Oversee maintenance work orders with Facilities Manager.
• Manage evictions professionally.
• Market properties to maintain curb appeal.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and utility costs.
• Contribute to capital planning and budgeting.
