Job summary

Ardent Communities is seeking an on-site Property Manager in Westerville, OH to oversee daily operations and lead a on-site team, delivering an exceptional resident experience. You’ll manage leasing, maintenance coordination, budgets, and compliance while collaborating with regional leadership to hit performance targets.

You’ll coordinate leasing activities, engage residents, and ensure timely maintenance and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Property management experience (at least 1 year).
• Management experience (at least 1 year).
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and maintenance teams in a positive, goal-driven environment.
• Build strong relationships with current and future residents.
• Market and advertise vacancies to keep the community thriving.
• Manage budgeting, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting.
• Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination.
• Handle resident concerns, evictions, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate unit turns and site visits for completion.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee the full operation of your community, including:

• Leading and motivating your leasing and maintenance team in a positive, goal-driven environment
• Create strong relationships with current and future residents
• Market and advertise vacancies to keep your community thriving
• Manage to budget, rent collections, delinquencies, and financial reporting
• Oversee property appearance, performance, and maintenance coordination
• Handle resident concerns, evictions, and compliance with regulations
• Scheduling unit turns and walking units for completion
• Partner with your Regional Manager Team to hit performance goals
• Build relationships that help expand business opportunities

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (9:30am-6pm on days with no leasing staff)
• 8-hour shifts, some additional may be required as needed
• On-site role (not remote)
