Van Metre Homes is seeking a Property Manager to be on-site in Burlington or Greensboro, NC, focusing on maximizing occupancy, overseeing maintenance, and managing the budget and revenue generation.
You will lead leasing and maintenance teams, drive customer service excellence for residents and prospects, and ensure market-ready standards while coordinating with the Regional Manager. The role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with possible weekend work and a robust benefits package.

Van Metre has a Property Managerposition available to work on-site at our residential property. As Property Manager, you will work in Burlington or Greensboro, NC.
The Property Manager must be a detailed oriented self-starter possessing strong operations, customer service, and sales skills. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the ideal candidate is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by managing the maintenance and care of the physical asset. In addition, the candidate must understand and complete the budget process, control expenses, and generate revenue.
