Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Clermont, FL seeks a Resort Manager to oversee operations of a Manufactured Home Community resort, delivering outstanding guest experiences and meeting financial targets. You will lead resort staff, manage budgets, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure the property remains attractive and profitable while partnering with the marketing team to attract new guests.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in property management, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in property management, preferably in an RV/manufactured home community.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of role’s complexities.
• At least 1 year in customer service with excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based apps.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, current auto insurance.
